“Northwest” as we often call it for short, is a non-profit corporation that is governed by a volunteer Board of twelve Directors, based in Lynn Lake, Manitoba.
Northwest is funded through Prairies Economic Development Canada (PrairiesCan),
and stays at arms-length from government.
Currently there are numerous projects that are being undertaken to expand the economy of this region of Manitoba.
